SAMPLE OR RETAIL ORDER
From small quantity order - all products will be sent via Courir Service such as EMS (Express Mail Service), DHL or FedEx. Any addition price of courier charge will be paid by importer. The same system will be applied to small items such as jewelry, where we will use courier service instead of cargo service. Item Price + Courier Service fee per kg. This charge will be notified to the importer via e-mail or fax. |
TRIAL ORDER OR LCL (Less Container Loading)
Shipment by Sea Freight will occur with the large quantity product like Pottery, Brass or Bronze Product, Buddha Statue, Silk Yards and some Furniture. Your items will be consolidate with other customers for a cargo service. Clients who have account with other courier services can direct us to send via your designate cargo. |
| PACKING SYSTEM
Generally the package of each product concerns, it depends on the products you purchase. Each manufacturer know very well the way how to wrap or pack of their products even sometime their may use the third party to organize packing system for them.
There are several types of packing materials and systems;
- Wrapping Carton/ Double Cardboard, usually used for Bronze, Pottery, Furniture and/or Handicraft to avoid scratch during the shipment
- Wooden Structure, used for pottery and other vulnarable items to avoid shocks
- Carton box, is normally used to pack handicraft and garment wrapped by bubble plastic, CD paper or grass paper for fragile commodity
- Other materials used including plastic, bubble plastic, CD paper, foamsheet, styrofoam etc.

QUALITY CONTROL
Most of the time, all of your products are placed with the reliable producers. We will supervise them from the start of the production time, packing, uploading to truck to ensure that there is no damage on your products until it has been shipped out. If needed the extra insurance can be organize with the additional cost to your shipping charge.
There is no guarantee against force major or weather effect knowing as " The Act of God or Forces by Nature". In this case we will only supply you with relevant information of this risk.

DELIVERY
- We will ship your orders within 2 days once your payment has been verified. If your payment is verified during weekend or public holidays, your order will be processed on the next business day and shipped within 2 days thereafter. This apply only for the items available in our stock and ready to be shipped at once.
- Ex-stock products will be process and finish within 4 - 8 weeks, we will notify all clients via e-mail or fax when they can expect of thier goods.
- Clients will be given the details of thier service charge before, either shipment by sea-freight, air-cargo or express mail.
- For shipment via designated clients' own courier company, kindly provide us with the account number and courier company.
- All sampling or trial orders will be sent via express mail service, and marked as "gift or present"
- For security purposes, we require a signature by the recipient of every shipment (applies to both Express and Standard shipping methods). No shipment will be delivered without a signature by the recipient.
- You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are to be borne by you as we have no control over these charges. Customs policies may vary from country to country; to attain more information, you should contact your local customs office for further information.

COMPLAINS OR CLAIMS
Any effects or damages upon the product, can be return within 7 days and must be provided some evidence such as photographs which can be taken by digital camera and send to us via e-mail.
Some of the Products Replacement are available with cargo fee provided by customers.
